Green Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients

ounce
bag of Slaw Mix
substitute a head of Green Cabbage, chopped
1
medium-sized
Tomato
diced
½
small
White or Yellow Onion
diced
2
tablespoons
Lime Juice
½
teaspoon
Salt
¼
teaspoon
Black Pepper
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a bowl.
Roughly squeeze and massage the cabbage to wilt it and make the tomatoes release their juices
Taste test and add more lime or seasonings, if desired
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
Notes
Serve as a side dish or as a topping for rice and/or bean dishes
