Garbanzo Bean Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 15-oz. can Garbanzo Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil substitute avocado oil
- ½ Tablespoon Mrs. Dash’s Original Blend Salt-Free Seasoning substitute another herbal blend
- ½ Tablespoon Dried Oregano
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Grated Parmesan cheese optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a small bowl, combine beans, olive oil, Mrs. Dash, oregano, and salt.
- Transfer the bean mixture to a shallow baking sheet.
- Roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
